GS2-88 — the plain readline (--no-tui) surface’s slash-command context, in one place.
What this surface does NOT pass is as deliberate as what it does, and each omission is commented where it is made. The registry is shared with the Ink TUI (GS2-8), so an omission is a divergence under GS2-87 and has to be one somebody chose — the defect this node fixes was four commands silently taking an “unavailable” branch and explaining it with a cause nobody had checked.
