CFG-52 — default ceiling on the DECODED file text GH_READ_FILE_TOOL_NAME returns: 600 KiB, roughly 10K lines of code. Deliberately generous, because the tool exists precisely for the case where the diff truncated and the reviewer needs the whole file; a cap that bites in normal use would defeat it. Override per entry with { "builtInTools": { "gth_gh_read_file": { "maxBytes": 200000 } } }.
