A bare /resume: the conversations this session could move to, and how — as text.
This is the readline session’s answer, and the empty case for every surface. It is not a picker and must not describe one: the Ink TUI offers an arrow-key list instead (GS2-112), and a sentence about moving a highlight or pressing Enter would be false on the surface this builder actually serves, which has neither. Ids are how a conversation is named here, which is why the closing line names the commands that take one.
