[[EXT-167]] — the notice for a compaction the session applied ON ITS OWN, mid-turn, because the
provider rejected the turn for size (the context_compacted event on the typed-event stream).
The same three facts as compactionNotice, from the same numbers, so the deliberate and the
involuntary fold cannot describe one outcome two ways — plus the one thing this case must say and
/compact need not: nothing the person is looking at was undone. The turn is picked up from
where it was, with the summary standing in for the older messages; the tool calls above the
notice ran and are what the model continues from. Warn-toned, because the person did not ask for
this and it changes what the model remembers — a later answer that has “forgotten” something is
explained by this line, and only if it was noticed.
